AJ Junkar
AJ Junkar is a third-year BSc student in Psychology with a minor in Linguistics and Neuroscience. After taking introductory classes in phonetics and phonology, AJ realized she wanted to combine her interests in brain and language science by pursuing graduate studies in Speech-Language Pathology after she graduates. Specifically, AJ hopes to work with people with brain injuries and disorders that are impacting their speech and language use. She has also worked as a TA for the Modern Languages and Linguistics Department at the University of Lethbridge; she was responsible for leading reviews and grading for the Introduction to Phonetics, Phonology, and Historical Linguistics course. Outside school, AJ works as a dental admin and enjoys bird watching and crafting
