Lisa Crowshoe

Dr. Lisa Crowshoe is the Superintendent of Education with Peigan Board of Education, Piikani Nation. Lisa has accumulated 30+ years of experience as teacher, school administrator, and superintendent. Lisa is involved in traditional Blackfoot ceremonies and considers this to be her strength and guiding force. Involvement and support of Indigenous Language Revitalization activities within the education systems and larger Piikani Nation for children and adults is one of Lisa’s main goals. Grateful for the support of her family and friends, Lisa credits them with helping guide her lifelong journey.
